ClearVue® Sunguard Pergola – Grey Tint
A custom-designed ClearVue® pergola providing year-round weather protection while maintaining natural light over the outdoor living area.
The pergola measures 3100 mm wide × 3500 mm projection and is constructed with a powder-coated aluminium frame finished in Dulux Matt Ghost Grey. The roof uses 8 mm Grey Tint ClearVue® glazing panels, offering 49% light transmission and helping reduce glare and heat compared with clear glazing.
The structure features 150 × 50 RHS front and rear beams with 100 × 100 × 3 mm SHS posts, secured using concealed SS316 post brackets for a clean finish.
At the house, the rear beam was installed using custom-made soffit L-brackets, positioning the pergola neatly in line with the existing house gutter. The front posts were installed onto the existing deck/concrete pad.
Water management is provided by Marley Classic spouting with an RP80 downpipe in Gull Grey, complemented by rear and left-side flashings for a tidy, weather-resistant installation.
