0n arrival in our new (to us) apartment we found one blind unresponsive to the remote control. A internet search located the SunGuard business not far away. Their response was prompt and they sorted out the issue within a week. Their staff were responsive and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this business to others.

We ordered a louvre and Ziptrack blinds to go over our new deck and outdoor kitchen. Alex and his team were absolutely outstanding with the pre-sales expert advice then with the installation with highly-skilled installers. Great communication all the way through the process and they were genuinely keen to make sure it was exactly as we wanted. We are really happy and have enjoyed the massive difference they have made to our outdoor space.

From my initial phone call requesting help to repair my screens, and then once the work was completed, I have been very happy with the service provided by the SunGuard team. Despite SunGuard not selling me the screens 8 years ago, the maintenance work on my screens, and repairs to the original installation, that was done this week resolved all my issues. It has been so nice working with a company who are obviously prepared to stand by their product, and help out consumers even if it is years down the road!

Once again Alex and his team had provide amazing service, this time it's aftercare service, we had auto blinds installed 3 years ago and one of the motors was not working as it should, the boys were around at 11.30am, inspected and had to take motor away, I told them that I needed it back asap if possible as without the blind my outdoor was very exposed to sunlight. I was expecting them to be back friday or early next week, to my surprise they called me 1hr later and said have a replacement motor and will be back around at 1pm. what amazing service going above and beyond expectations time and time again. highly recommend to all !!
