Once again Alex and his team had provide amazing service, this time it's aftercare service, we had auto blinds installed 3 years ago and one of the motors was not working as it should, the boys were around at 11.30am, inspected and had to take motor away, I told them that I needed it back asap if possible as without the blind my outdoor was very exposed to sunlight. I was expecting them to be back friday or early next week, to my surprise they called me 1hr later and said have a replacement motor and will be back around at 1pm. what amazing service going above and beyond expectations time and time again. highly recommend to all !!

Really happy with our Vertigo Drop Arm awning installed by SunGuard NZ. Staff responded promptly to our initial enquiry and we were able to arrange an in-home measure and quote less than a week later. They offered good advice about the right product to suit our home. We had initially been looking at external shutters but they were able to advise us that awning would be more affordable and effective. Sunguard's quote was also much more reasonably priced than other competitors who had already quoted us. They were also able to organise scaffolding and recommend and coordinate with an electrician whereas other companies expected us to do this ourselves. Our custom-made awning is installed 7 weeks after our initial enquiry, ready in time for summer. Overall great service, thank you!

Just had a Shaderunner installed over our deck from Sun Guard. Very good company to deal with. Communication was great. Alex answered any queries I had straight away. Took a little while longer than anticipated to get here but well in time for the hot weather!
