GOOGLE ADS
What is Customer Match?
Customer match is a feature offered by Google Ads that allows us to upload a list of our customers’ email addresses to Google. Google will then match these email addresses to Google users who have the same email addresses associated with their Google accounts. This enables us to target ads to our customers or similar audiences across Google properties.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect the email addresses of our customers who have agreed to receive marketing communications from us. We also collect information about how customers interact with our marketing emails, such as whether they open or click on them.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We use the email addresses and interaction data we collect to create a list of customers for customer match on Google Ads. This allows us to show our customers and similar audiences relevant ads across Google properties.
Do We Share Your Information?
We do not share your personal information with any third parties, except for Google, for the purpose of customer match.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage methods to protect your information.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information that we hold. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information for customer match. To exercise these rights, please contact us at sales@sunguard.nz
