Our Unity™ and Serenity™ models come with a 10-year fabric warranty and a 6-year frame warranty. For commercial applications, both fabric and frame are covered for 3 years, and our protective covers are also backed by a 3-year warranty.
Retreat™ Umbrellas are supported by a 3-year warranty on both the frame and fabric, while commercial use warrants a 1-year coverage for the fabric, frame, and protective covers.
Cantilever umbrellas are engineered to withstand a range of outdoor conditions, ensuring you can enjoy comfort and protection while relaxing. However, to maximize their lifespan and maintain their performance, we advise lowering the umbrella when weather conditions become uncomfortable or when wind speeds exceed 40 km/h (25 mph).
