Installed in Meadowbank, this project features two custom Ziptrak® sunscreen systems designed to enhance outdoor comfort, privacy, and protection from glare while maintaining airflow and visibility.

Manufactured using premium Shadeview One mesh with a 1% openness factor in Coal Dust, the screens were complemented with Charcoal side splines and finished in Grey Friars powder coating to seamlessly integrate with the home’s modern exterior.

The installation included:

  • One 4240 x 2500 mm Ziptrak® screen
  • One 4888 x 2300 mm Ziptrak® screen
  • 165 mm pelmets for a clean, streamlined finish
  • A custom-made opal polycarbonate infill panel above the side-facing screen to neatly cover the overhead gap while still allowing natural light to filter through

The finished result delivers a sophisticated outdoor screening solution that improves year-round usability of the space while maintaining a sleek architectural appearance.
