We installed this sturdy Integral Cassette Awning on a luxury yacht, currently parked in Westhaven Marina. The old awning started rusting and the paint started flaking and peeling off. Our team used the old canvas and retrofitted it into a new cassette with a brand new Simu (France) 24V motor, operated by a wall switch. We also fitted the awning with two supporting beams to ensure its safe operation on such an unstable surface as a yacht. Securely fastened to a wooden beam, the awning will last long and the owner will enjoy shade during the trips out of Waitemata Harbour.
